Who we are

What data we collect

When you submit the Check Your Case form, we may collect: name, email address, phone number or WhatsApp number, citizenships of both partners, country of residence, current marital status, preferred timing, and a short description of your situation.

Why we collect it

We collect this data solely to review your civil marriage route inquiry and to respond to your request with information about the next steps. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

How we process it

Your submission is sent to our team through an owner-controlled server-side relay. Our team receives a notification through an internal Telegram channel for review and follow-up. We may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram in response to your inquiry.

Data retention

We retain inquiry data for the period necessary to respond to and manage the inquiry. If no service relationship is established, data is not retained beyond the reasonable response period.

No data sale

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Analytics and website measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, which pages are viewed, which traffic sources work and whether non-personal events such as successful form submissions or contact-link clicks occur. We use this information to improve the website, measure marketing performance and understand which pages help visitors reach the right service.

We do not send form field values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, citizenship details, residence details, marital status, preferred timing or message text to analytics tools.

Google Ads conversion measurement

If we run Google Ads, we may use Google Ads conversion measurement together with Google Analytics 4 to understand whether an ad led to a contact form submission, email click, WhatsApp click or another contact action. We do not send your message content, documents, passport data, payment data or special-category data to Google Ads.
